This is a basic LCD display for graphics. The size of the display is 64x128 pixels. Black on green. This unit is a very clear STN type LCD with a simple command interface. It includes the negative voltage circuitry on board.

The display utilizes the extremely common KS0108B parallel interface chipset (datasheet). Includes LED Backlight.
