- Paeae Technologies ("seller") is doing business in Finland and rest of the European Union.
- Prices
- All prices on our web-site are including VAT if not specified otherwise. All prices are subject to alteration by seller without any notice.
- Delivery times
- The seller decides the delivery time, if not agreed otherwise. Deliveries are typically sent during one working day after receiving order, if the ordered products are in stock.
- Terms of payment
- The customer can use the electronic payments by Finnish banks, credit cards or Paypal.
- Delivery means
- Orders will be deliveried mainly by post. The seller has the right to choose the most economical way to send the orders which can not be sent by post (caused by size, weight or contects).
- Delivery costs
- Delivery costs are determined depending of the delivery method.
- Delivery in Finland
- Shipping in Finland costs mainly 3.5 or 7.5 euro (inc. VAT 23%). More details can be found from posti.fi
- Kirje / Maksikirje: Paeae ships the product primarily in padded envelope which is delivered straight to your home. In this method you will not have a tracking code.
- Keltainen Kuljetus 16, 14 and 21: Are all box deliveries. Please select this in case you have a big order or you want to have a tracking code. (16 goes to your nearest post office, 14 and 21 are delivered to you. Please see posti.fi for more information.)
- Delivery in other countries
- Shipping costs depend on the country of destination. Please check the cost from you Shopping cart.
- Remarks
- Notices or defects on deliveries must be informed us during 2 months after receiving the delivery.
- Delivery control
- The buyer is obliged to check the contents of the delivery. The seller has no responsibility for any harms caused by using the product wrongly.
- Returns
- Consumer customers have the right to return the products ordered in web-shop during 14 days, except semiconductors and batteries not in original unopened package. The seller repays the product price and the delivery costs, if the returned products are unused, in original package and can be sold again as new products. All returns must be sent to us as postal parcel (customer return parcel). In other returns the customer pays all returning costs.
- Warranty
- All products have the full warranty issued by the manufacturer or the importer to Finland including all material failures in products. The warranty time is starting on delivery date.
- Privacy
- The seller (web-site owner) does not give any information to any people outside the company. All customer informations in registration will be kept in secret. The customer informations will not be used in marketing if the customer has not allowed it.
